Refund and Cancellation Policy
When a school can cancel PEO, and what it gets back.
1. Cancelling in the First 30 Days
A school that cancels within 30 days of its first invoice receives a full refund of the annual fee. The onboarding fee of R3 500 is kept where it was charged, because the setup work has been done.
2. Cancelling Later in the Year
After the first 30 days, the annual fee is not refunded. The school keeps full access until the end of the year it has paid for.
3. Ending at Renewal
To stop PEO at the end of a year, give written notice to info@cabanga.africa at least 30 days before the renewal date. No further invoice is raised.
4. Fewer Learners
If a school's learner numbers fall during the year, the new count is used on the next annual invoice. Fees already paid for the current year are not adjusted.
5. Your Records When You Leave
Every school that leaves receives a full export of its records. The school's database is deleted within 90 days of the end of the agreement.
6. Payments by Parents
Fees that parents pay to the school through PEO are paid to the school, not to us. Refunds of school fees are a matter between the school and the parent.
7. How to Ask
