4. Records Available Without a Request

The information on this website, including the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and pricing, is available to anyone without a formal request.

5. Records We Hold

Company records such as statutory documents and minutes; financial and tax records; staff and contractor records; client records, including agreements with schools and their invoices; supplier records; and records of the PEO service, including school databases held as operator on behalf of each school.

6. Records Held for Schools

Records that a school keeps in PEO belong to the school. Requests for those records should be made to the school, which is the responsible party for them.

7. How to Make a Request

Complete Form 2 prescribed under PAIA, available from the Information Regulator, and send it to info@cabanga.africa. Give enough detail to identify the record, say how you would like to receive it, and show the right you are exercising or protecting where the law asks for it.

8. Fees and Timing

Fees are those prescribed under PAIA. We respond within 30 days of receiving a complete request, as the Act requires.
